Wyman L. Tucker, 78, of Chaparral, NM passed away on July 28, 2011. He was a retired SSGT in the United States Air Force. He proudly served his country first as a Seaman on the U.S.S Boxer in the Korean conflict and then as a SGT in the Vietnam conflict. He also served as a notary public for the state of New Mexico. He touched many lives and will be missed deeply. He was preceded in death by his father, Vollie L. Tucker of AZ and mother Ava Myrtle Hardy Tucker of LA. He is survived by his longtime companion, Lindy Zapata, Chaparral, NM; daughter, Sharon J. Koslan, Pineville, LA.; daughter Debra L. Moore, Cleveland, TN; grandsons, John S. Phillips and Clarence A. Phillips of Cleveland, TN; grandson, Jason A. Koslan, of San Antonio, TX; granddaughter, Melissa D. Phillips of Acworth, GA; granddaughters Jennifer L. Vidrine and Jessica L. Haston both of Pineville, LA and nine great grandchildren. Committal Service: 11am, Monday, August 1, 2011 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
