William L. Palmer

William L. (Charlie) Palmer peacefully passed away December 15, 2009, He was 77 years old and a longtime resident of El Paso, Texas. William was born in Dallas, Texas on October 10, 1932 and served in the US Army 1st of the 4th Calvary Division for 21 years. He is survived by his sons, William Palmer Jr. and wife Norma, Martin Patrick Palmer and wife Alicia, his daughters, Joanna Guadalajara, Billie Tellez and husband, Juan, Sandra Unzueta and husband , Juan. He had 10 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and 3 great granddaughters. He is survived by his brother, Raymond Palmer and wife Angie of Arlington, Texas and sisters, Annette Ewell and husband, Lloyd of Bedford, Texas and Roseann Holt and husband, Herman of Houston, Texas as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 pm, Sunday, December 20, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast with a Funeral Service at 7:00 pm. Committal Service at 9:00 am, Monday, December 21 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Service entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
