William E. Lucy of El Paso, Texas passed away on Mar 12, 2020. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great grandfather and will be dearly missed. William is preceded in death by his beloved parents father Murchie Lucy and mother Blanche Irwin. He is survived by his loving wife Dare Yvonne Lucy beloved children son, Bill E. Lucy, daughters; Deborah L. Vest, Shelly L. Mullinax, and Lisa L. Washington. William leaves behind to cherish his memory 9 grandchildren, 7 great grand children and 2 loving great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11:00am - 1:00pm with a Funeral Service to begin at 1:00pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Tobin Park United Methodist Church, 9410 Roanoke.
