Wilbur Robert Hawkins

SGM Wilber R. Hawkins entered, The lords Kingdom on August 31, 2009. He proudly served in the US. Army and retired after serving 30 years. Upon his retirement he worked for the EP. Sheriffs Dept. for 10 years. He is survived by his extended family; Delia, Irma, David Marty, Ruben and Samantha. Funeral Service will be at 8:45 am Friday, September 4, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. He will be laid to rest immediately following at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Special thanks to the Staff at the Ambrosio Guillen State Veterans Home.
