Weston "Al" Allen Boyd

Weston "Al" Allen Boyd was born on April 14, 1922 in Leesburg, Florida and passed away on December 29, 2016 at his home in El Paso, Texas, where he resided for 55 years. He is a decorated Army Veteran who served his country for over 20 years, including tours of duty in WWII and the Korean War. In addition to attending Cielo Vista Church on a regular basis, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors. Al is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Maria "Conchita" Boyd; son, Dennis Boyd and daughter-in-law, Frances M. Boyd; daughters: Christina Boyd, Sandra D. Boyd and son-in-law, Jeremy A. Wolf; grandchildren: Brian D. Boyd, Michael J. Boyd and Aon D. Wolf; great grandchildren: Gabriel W. Boyd and Caiden Swartz. Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM with a Funeral Service to begin at 11:00AM, Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. with Full Military Honors.
