Virginia B. Gonzalez

Virginia B. Gonzalez passed away Tuesday, June 7th, 2022, at the age of 89. Born in Fabens Texas on September 3rd, 1932, she later moved to El Paso and attended Bowie High School. She married Alberto Gonzalez and had two beautiful children Oscar and Sandra and worked with the El Paso School District for over twenty years. Virginia was full of life and loved traveling all over. Virginia was a helpful, kind, and good-hearted person, who touched the lives of everyone she met. Heaven gained another Angel and may she Rest in Peace. She leaves behind her two kids along with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation services will be held from 4-8 pm with a rosary at 6 pm on Monday, June 20th at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral mass will be at 1 pm on Tuesday, June 21st at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church, 4700 Delta Dr. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery on Zaragoza.
