Victor M. Quintana

VICTOR M. QUINTANA was called home by our Lord on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the age of 70. Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, friend and colleague will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his father Alfredo Quintana, sister Ana Schmidt, and brother-in-law David Stein. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 years, Sylvia, daughters Andrea Sweetnam(Sean), Laura Borrego(Eric), son Alex Quintana, grandchildren Alicia and Isaiah Sweetnam, mother Petra Quintana, brothers Joe Quintana(Ceci), Albert Quintana(Mary Lou), David Quintana(Margie), sisters Armida Stein and Teresa Ortiz(Lalo). Victor was a hard-working man of faith, Vietnam Navy veteran, respected and loved amongst all who knew him. Celebration of his life will take place with visitation on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, with Holy Rosary at 7:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, April 28, 2017 at 1:00PM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1551 Belvidere. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with military honors.
