Victor Lopez

Victor Lopez JR, 83, was called home by the Lord on January 13, 2021. He was born and raised in El Paso, Texas on 4/14/37. He attended Ysleta High School. He was a faithful servant of God and served at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church as an usher. Victor married his one true and only love of only 61 years, Ceclia at the age of 21 on June 06, 1959. Victor worked for Callaghan Electric for more than 35 years and later retired. After retirement, his favorite past time was gardening, irrigating, field work, and overall, he was a man of all trades. Victor was proud of his pecan orchard. His pride and joy were his family and caring for his grandchildren. Victor had a beautiful sense of humor and was always there to lend a helping hand to his family and friends. Victor is proceeded in death by his parents Victor Sr. and Maria Lopez, siblings Modesto, Florentino, Peter, and Raymond, and sister Rosario. Surviving siblings Margarita, Gloria, Rita, and Norman. He leaves behind his beloved wife Ceclia Lopez, sons Ruben (Rebecca), Richard and daughters Irene Aguirre (Carlos) and Rebecca Aguilera (Ralph). He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Family will always remember his smile, jokes, love, and advice.
