Victor Aguilar (70) passed on Saturday, December 12, 2009. Victor was born January 11, 1939 in El Paso, Tx. He went to Bowie High School before leaving to serve his country in the U.S. Navy. He is preceeded in death by his wife (Maria R.). Victor had worked many years in the garment industry: Farah, Border Apparel, and Cotton St. Proprietor of Lone Star Billiards for ten years. He is survived by three sons Tony, Victor, and Damian Aguilar. Along with grandchildren Adrian Aguilar, Priscilla Westmoreland of Louisville, KY, Justin, Christian, and Brandyn Pinzon of Las Vegas, NV. One great granddaughter Samantha Aguilar. Victor also shared his life with Maria Dorado, daughters Rocio Rodriguez, Gabby Dorado, Alex, Vanessa, and Adrian Rodriguez. A special thanks to the Ambrosio Guillen Texas State VA Home and Wm Beaumont Hospital Trauma staff for making his last days/ moments on earth dignified and comfortable. Pall bearers for Victor will be Adrian Rodriguez, Chris Martinez, Carlos Campos, Fred Perez, Jose (Kiki) Delgado, Jerry Delgado, and Fred Perez. Honorary Pall bearer Armando Campos. The viewing is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2009 with a rosary to be held at 7p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home-East 750 N. Carolina Dr. A funeral mass will be held on Friday December 18, 2009 at 1 p.m. at San Antonio De Padua Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with military honors.
