Urbano Dominguez Leyva

Urbano Dominguez Leyva, age 87 of El Paso, TX, passed away on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023.  He was born May 4th, 1936 in Maguarichi, Chihuahua to the late Pascual Leyva & Antonia Dominguez.  He is proceeded in death by his sons Juan, Hector, Carlos and Javier Leyva and 4 grandsons.  Urbano was a faithful member of The Door Christian Fellowship Church for over 35 years. A loving husband, father, grandfather & great-grandfather. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten.   He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Elvia Graciela Leyva, 5 children: Ramon (Rosa) Leyva, (Ciria Leyva), Lourdes (Timothy) O’Heir, Dolores Diehl, Guadalupe Hernandez, Juan (Lilia) Leyva. Along with 22 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  Marina (Eddie), Genevieve, Braylen, Evren, Vanessa, Ramon Jr. (Natalie), Julia, Ramon III, Lucas, Abby, Priscilla, Javier Jr., Jesus Ernesto (†), Erica, Elizabeth, Adriana, Karson, Amaya, Alyssa, Michelle, Roman, Reyna, Jaxon, Titan, Deanna, Matthew, Nickie, Steven (†), Adrian (†), Isabella, Catherine, Sara, Cinnie, Juan Jr. (Matt), Jonathan (†), and Julian.

Funeral Services will take place Thursday, October 19th, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Drive, El Paso, TX 79904 for the viewing from 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM. Rosary will be at 6:00 PM. Church service will take place Friday, October 20th, 2023 at 12:00 PM at The Door Christian Church, 1000 Kastrin Street, El Paso, TX 79907. Burial will take place at 2:00 PM at Restlawn Memorial Park, 4848 Alps Drive, El Paso, TX 79904.
