Thomas A. Stevens

On Wednesday, August 26, 2009, Thomas A. Stevens, 71, passed away at a local hospital. He was a dedicated husband and father and loving granddad. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten. He is preceded in death by parents, Howard Stevens and Evelyn Cook. He is survived by his wife, Elva Stevens, sons, Joe Stevens, Robert (Shirley) Stevens, and daughter, Teresa (Rick) Hemphill, stepsons, Jim and David Bradburn and stepdaughter, Debbie Gowen, and his grandchildren who meant the world to him, Ricky Hemphill, Monica Stevens, Aidan and Adalynn Stevens. As well as sisters, Catherine Taylor and Muriel Spalding, he also leaves behind four nieces and one nephew. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 pm, Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast with a Vigil at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be at 9:00 am, Monday, August 31, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast.
