Thomas Lawrence Busch

Thomas L. Busch, 71, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Tom was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 22, 1952. He graduated from Fenger High School in 1970. After that, he attended Eastern Illinois University and Northern Illinois University which is where he met his wife of 47 years, Sue.

Tom worked for over forty years in the car business as a Salesman, Used Car Manager, and Sales Manager in El Paso, TX, and Las Vegas, Nevada. He was an accomplished guitar and keyboard player who enjoyed playing music with friends and family whenever the occasion arose. Recently, he reconnected with some of his old high school classmates online, which gave him much pleasure. His lively spirit, his often outrageous stories, and his ability to tell very long jokes will be greatly missed.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents Doc and Betty Busch. He leaves behind his wife, Sue Selk, his daughter, Susan Busch (Roberto Santellana), his son, Thomas Busch (Alana Miller), and his delightful granddaughter, Vivienne Santellana.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a future time.
