Thomas Joseph Arreola

Our much beloved Son and Father was called back home to be with Our Lord, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, August 15, 2021. Thomas Joseph Arreola, 32, was born in El Paso, Texas on July 23, 1989. He graduated from Hanks High School and WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming where he studied to be a Diesel Mechanic. Thomas’ passion, from a very young age, was understanding how things worked, taking things apart and reconstructing them, getting dirty and greasy whenever possible. Thomas loved the outdoors and took advantage of the beautiful El Paso desert and surrounding mountain forests every chance he could. Thomas is survived by his parents, Cecilia and Raul Arreola, his daughters, Kamora and Emma, his son Thomas, his brother Benjamin De La Torre, his sisters, Rebecca Moreno (Mark), Andrea Schorr (Keith), three nephews, Ian, Aiden and Evan, many cousins, aunts, and uncles. And his beautiful dog, Mac. Most important to him were family and friends. His family would like to thank everyone for all their incredible support and prayers during this time. We can feel the love everyone has for our beautiful Boy. It is truly heartfelt. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Vigil/Rosary at 6:00 PM, Monday, August 23, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar. Graveside Service will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
