Teresa G. Ramirez

Teresa Guillen Ramirez passed away on Monday, March 20, 2016 at the age of 58 in El Paso. She was the beloved mother of Jesus, Oscar, Susana & Sandra, and a loving grandmother to Miguel, Andrew, Luis, Brian, Julian, Jacob, Alyza, and Nathan. She shared many wonderful years of marriage with Jesus Ramirez. Her children, grandchildren, and ex-husband were all by her side in her final, peaceful moments. Teresa was born in El Paso on August 16, 1958. She was the daughter of Crispin & Carmen Guillen, who preceded her in death. She was a sister to Crispin Jr., Marcelo, Robert, Daniel, David, Carmen, Mary, Perfecta, Esther, Virginia, and Mica. Teresa loved her job and her work family at the Hilton Garden Inn University. Above all, she loved her family, breakfast & brunch dates, and margaritas. Tequila was her favorite. Cheers, Mama! She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her compassionate ear, her generous heart, and of course her blunt, no-nonsense attitude, and sailor’s mouth. “No tengo pelos en la lengua.” “Aqui se quebro una taza, y cada quien a su ch****** casa.” You were loved by many. Rest in paradise. May God rest your beautiful soul. Visitation: 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Homes Northeast. Funeral Mass: 10:00am on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Committal Service: 11:30am at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
