Sylvia Anita Mann

Sylvia Anita Mann, 55, was born Sylvia Anita Lynch on January 9, 1962 in Frankfurt, Germany to Elliott and Elenore Lynch. She passed away on November 20, 2017 in El Paso, Texas. She was a graduate of Andress High School and attended UTEP. Sylvia was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother who leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Elenore; sons, Michael and Kenneth Mann; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Elliot Lynch; brother, Elliot W. Lynch; and son, James Mann. Visitation will be from 10:00am to 1:30pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Graveside will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
