Steven Anthony Lozano died Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the age of 34. He was a life-long resident of El Paso before moving to Mission, TX where he was employed by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection stationed in Rio Grande City, Texas. Steven also served the citizens of Texas honorably and with distinction as a proud member of the Texas State Guard.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents Pilar and Jose Salazar, grandmother Maria Refugio Lozano, aunts Cecilia Salazar, Esther Salazar, uncle Armando Salazar and cousins Devon Salazar and Armando Salazar.
Steven is survived by his wife Carina, children Mila, Steven Jr., Aaron and Raul; parents Roger and Terry Lozano; brother Dalton Lozano; sister Stephanie Lozano; niece Zoey Lozano and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
His body will lie in state at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, attended by the U.S. Border Patrol Honor Guard, with a cremation following the service.
Visitation is Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 1pm to 6pm with the memorial service immediately following from 6pm to 6:30pm.
