Socorro Llamas de Sanchez, 84, entered into eternal rest on May 12, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Carlos Sanchez. Her daughter, Martha Elena Sanchez. Parents, Librado and Manuela Llamas. Brother, Jose Salcido Ortiz. Sisters, Justina Salcido Ortiz, Lucia Salcido Ortiz and Josefina Llamas Ortiz. Socorro is survived by her loving sons, Carlos Antonio Sanchez and Hector Osbaldo Sanchez. Her brother, Antonio Llamas Ortiz. Also leaving behind 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren to honor and cherish her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:15 PM on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, Texas 79907. A Mass will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Blessed Sacrament Parish, 9025 Diana Dr., El Paso, Texas 79904. A Graveside will then follow at 12:30 PM at Restlawn Memorial Cemetery, 8700 Dyer St., El Paso, Texas 79904. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
