Sherree Emily Scott

Sherree Emily Scott, 70, passed away on December 2, 2023 following a prolonged illness. She is remembered fondly by her friends, family, and community for her positive spirit and strong connection to her faith.

Sherree was born in Stuttgart, Germany on May 30, 1953 to a military family. She attended Baumholder High School for a time before relocating to El Paso and graduating from Burges High School. Sherree was active in her church, attending St. Paul’s United Methodist for many years and joining several other congregations in the city during the latter part of her life. Sherree sang in the choir and volunteered for many activities, finding peace and community in her place of worship.

Sherree is preceded in death by her parents; Josephine Fair Scott and William H. Scott and her three brothers; Byron, Gregory, and Cameron Scott. She leaves behind two daughters; Josephine and Camelle Scott, one brother; William Scott, one niece; Chelsea Scott and one nephew; Mason Scott.

Visitation will start at 9:00 AM with Funeral Services to be held from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Monday, January 15, 2024 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 7000 Edgemere.
