Shelia Ann Allen

Sheila Allen passed away Sunday evening at her home. She was 55. Born in the old Beaumont Army Medical Hospital . Sheila was a native El Pasoan and spent most of her life here. She is survived by an older brother Phillip from El Paso, a niece Jennifer, a younger brother David from Richwood, KY, her aunts Jenny and Margret, and numerous cousins, friends, and loved ones from the Cave City, Glasgow and Franklin, KY areas. Sheila resided several years at Raleigh Drive in northeast El Paso as she was growing up where she attended Crosby Elementary School. She was a 1973 graduate of Irvin High School where she was voted most beautiful in her class. Sheila lived in Kentucky and later in Atlanta, GA. She had a son, Brian. She moved back to El Paso in the mid 90s eventually living just blocks from her parents, James and Jackie Allen. Sheila is also survived by her good friend of many years, Jim Ferguson of El Paso. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm, Friday, January 21, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
