SFC (Ret) Oliver Nathaniel Mood,

SFC (Retired) Oliver N. Mood, Sr., 77, was a kind soul and sometimes misunderstood. He served his country with “Pride and Dignity” while enlisted in the U.S. Army. He fought for his Country in both the Vietnam War and Korean Conflict. He received numerous awards and medals for his outstanding commitment and service. As a retired veteran, Oliver enjoyed baseball, repairing cars, and a good down home southern cooked meal. He loved his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Vallie Mae Anderson Mood; children: Meg Mood-Robinson, Claire Mood, Oliver N. Mood, Jr., Olivia Mood, Sheila Groomes, Angela Flucas, Brenda Jones, Diane Crump, Norman Toliver, Stephen Toliver. He will always be our “Hero”, May he now “rest in peace”.
