Sergio Salas

Sergio Salas, age 58, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 12, 2022 in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, and will be greatly missed. Sergio is preceded in death by his parents; Antonio Salas Nunez and Elvira Solis. He is survived by his wife; Guadalupe Francisca Rios, his children; Lorenzo Sergio Salas Jr. (Denisse), Marcos Alejandro Salas, Daniel Antonio Salas, and Brenda Lizette Salas, his siblings; Juan Antonio Gonzalez, Elvira Araceli Gonzalez, Rhodes Elena, Theresa Rosa Reza, and his grandchildren; Jason Daniel Salas, Eliana Alexis Salas, Michael Antonio Salas, Kylee Aileen Salas, Isaiah Erik Salas, and Gisselle Brandon. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory. Sergio Salas was a hardworking, stern, hard headed, loud, silly, caring, and loving man. He worked hard for the things he needed, for what he wanted, and never took "no" for an answer. He taught his children and grandchildren that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. He was never scared to speak the truth no matter the subject because he believed honesty was the foundation of any relationship. He opened his doors to anyone who was in need and made sure to always give and never receive. He lived his life filled with adventure, love, happiness, and without fear. His legacy and values will continue on through his wife, children, and grandchildren.

A Holy Rosary will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at 10:00am with a Funeral Mass to be followed at 11:00am at Santo Nino de Atocha.
