Secundino Aldaz

Secundino Aldaz, age 92, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 20, 2024, in El Paso, Texas.  He was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his loving parents: Secundino Aldaz and Aurelia Garcia; and his loving wife: Marcia Aldaz.  He is survived by his children: Diana Gilliland (Scott), Rene Aldaz, Luis Aldaz (Charlene), Omar Aldaz (Rosie) and Cristina Martinez; his siblings: Martha Caraveo and Armando Aldaz; his grandchildren: Renee Gilliland (Eddie Lowe), Jessica Aldaz, Aaron Aldaz, Sophia Aldaz and Alexa Aldaz,  and his great-granddaugher: Nina Lowe.  He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.

The family wishes to extend their heart felt gratitude to the El Paso medical community for all their professionalism in their dedication to our father’s care.  We especially wish to express our earnest respect and gratitude to Sergio Rovner M.D., and Joshua Rodriguez M.D

A Memorial Mass will be at held at 9:15am on Monday, February 5, 2024 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1551 Belvidere St. El Paso, Texas 79912. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:00am at Fort Bliss National, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso, Texas 79906.

Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home -West, 480 N. Resler Dr., El Paso, TX.
