El Paso - Sara Philis Terk Shiloff, age 89, passed away at home on Sunday, March 9th. Sara was born in Duluth, Minnesota, the daughter of Philip Terk and Sadie Horwitz Terk. A graduate of Odessa High School in Odessa, Texas she met and married the love of her life, Bob, after they met at the University of Houston.
