Santiago Solis Florez

Santiago Solis Florez, 87, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2009. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend who loved western movies, candies and music. He was a hard worker that taught us right from wrong. He will be greatly missed but will always be in our HEARTS. He is survived by his loving wife; Jovita Gonzales Flores, sons; Raul G., Roy G., Javier G. and Daniel G. Flores, daughter; Norma Flores Brito, sister; Costancia Talavera, 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm Monday, April 20, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina, with a Vigil at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am (time pending) , Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 7712 Rosedale. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
