Sandra Regina Walker

Sandra Regina Walker passed away peacefully on the 14th of June at 4:16 P.M. surrounded by her friends and family. She is survived by her brothers Frederick (Nina) and Vernoy (Linda) Walker, her nieces and nephews: Ira, Austin, Ali, William, and Rachel Walker, and her friends and loved ones. As a successful Real Estate and Business woman, she was known for her charity, generosity, and large heart. Sandra will be constantly remembered as she touched the hearts of so many people in her life. Being a woman of charity, she contributed to the Church and those that were in need, for her generosity was felt throughout the community. As a woman of Business, she put the hearts and minds of other before her own. She followed in her Father’s footsteps, William Vernoy Walker, and created a name for herself in the Real Estate Community at the age of only 18. From an early age, she had a mind for business: selling Real Estate to building her own houses. However, regardless of how busy she was, Sandra always made time for her nieces and nephews, taking them to belly-dancing classes or sitting in a cold blind waiting for the deer. Not only was her heart large, but so was her personality. Her friends and family will always remember the gatherings she would put together, and the great times that were always had in Sandra’s presence. Now that her physical presence has passed, her spirit will always be present to those who have had the privilege of knowing this wonderful woman. Sandra Walker will be missed dearly as she is so deeply loved by so many. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Blessed Sacrament Church: 9025 Diana, El Paso, Texas 79924. Gathering of Remembrance will be from 6-8 PM on Friday, June 24, 2016 with a Vigil/Rosary at 7 PM at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass.
