She is survived by: mother, Gladys Durish; son, Keith Vanderhelm; daughters: Georgia Domangue and Cheryl Vanderhelm.    Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 2, 2006, Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
