Salvador "Chava" Moreno

Salvador "Chava" Moreno rode into the arms of our Heavenly Father 4/15/2017 after succumbing to an illness he fought bravely in the last years of his life. Chava was known to all to be a wonderful husband father brother and a close friend to many. His ability to share his wisdom with those who needed it and his sincerity in wanting to help were just some of his great attributes that made him loved by all. His contagious laughter and radiant smile will be missed most of all for its ability to lift anyone's spirits. His passion for riding and music made him a staple at any outing when he would ride with "his boys". Preceded in death by his Parents Juan Moreno and Eloisa Moreno and his Sister, Virginia Moreno. Chava is survived by Son, Juan Moreno, Daughter, Marcela Moreno, Brother, Juan Moreno (Veronica), Sisters, Patricia Moreno Aguirre, Gloria Macias, Marcela Moreno Rebeles, Veronica Guerra and Mother of his children, Dora Jordan. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 pm Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home East. Funeral Mass: 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at San Antonio Catholic Church, 503 Hunter.
