Ruth Ann Winger, 64, entered into eternal rest on July 18, 2022 in El Paso, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lorayne and George Cook "Chub". Ruth is survived by her beloved sons and daughter-in-law, Nathan, Nicholas and Brenda Winger . Brother, Garfield Cook and sisters, Peggy Schmitz and Mary Kalis. Ruth was very loved and will be greatly missed. A gathering will be held from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a Celebration of Life from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas 79907.
