Ruth Ramirez

Ruth B. Ramirez, age 92, joined her beloved husband Presciliano, in their eternal home on July 29, 2012. She was born June 2, 1920 in El Paso, Texas and attended Bowie High School. She met the love of her life, and were married on Nov 11, 1940. They had 3 children, and is survived by daughters; Evangelina (Vangie) Villegas (Jesus), Irma R. Lopez (Raul Sr.), Son; Hector A. Ramirez (Margie). Grandchildren; David, Yvette, Steve Villegas, Eric A. Lopez, TSGT Raul Lopez Jr., Jasmine R. Escandon, Robyn R. Estala. Great Grand children; Tati, Jacob, Isabella & Ciera Villegas. Jaime Espino, Angel, Nicole & Noah Lopez. Elise, Ever & Eli Estala, Jeremiah & Chloe Escandon. Her surviving siblings are Ida B. Whidden, Burlington, Wa, Estela Macias, Charles Bracknell of El Paso, & Raymond Bracknell (CA.). Our Special Thanks to Drs. Larson & Janss & staff of Providence Memorial Hospital for all their care during our mothers illness. Also special thanks to her devoted care giver Maria Pichard. We love you Mom, (grandma Goose) & will miss you greatly. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m- 9:00 p.m. with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, August 5, 2012, at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas 9521 North Loop Dr. Mass wil be said at 10 :00 a.m. Monday, August 6, 2012 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church located at 503 Hunter. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. A special thanks to all our neighbors, friends & family for all food , flowers & kind words at his difficult time.
