Ruby and Rita Morales

Ruby Morales, age 53, entered our Lord's Kingdom on December 28th, 2020 in Houston, Texas after a long hard fought battle with cancer. She fought valiantly, lived her life to the fullest and always walked with our Lord. She is proceeded in death by her parents Reymundo and Enriqueta Morales, brother Bernie Morales and sister; Guadalupe Morales and Rita Morales She is survived by sisters, Hortencia, Lourdes, Priscilla, and Edna Morales. Brothers Reymundo Jesus, Ramon (Elena), Carlos (Norma) and Geronimo Morales. Many nieces and nephews. Ruby was born in Fabens, TX, and raised in El Paso, TX. She was a proud graduate of Ysleta High School, class of 1985 and went on to earn a cosmetology license from Tri State Beauty School in 1986 and Bachelors in Finance as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Ruby was a dedicated and loyal employee with the Triple-S Steel Team for many years. She will be missed dearly, but we take comfort in knowing she has taken her place in the kingdom of heaven. Rita Morales, age 69, passed away peacefully at home to join the Lords kingdom on January 28th, 2021 in Dallas Texas She was a very loving and caring individual as well as devoted mother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. She is proceeded in death by her parents Reymundo and Enriqueta Morales, brother Bernie Morales and sisters Guadalupe and Ruby Morales. She is survived by loving children Brenda Morales and Danny Ontiveros; sisters Hortensia, Lourdes, Priscilla and Edna Morales. Brothers Reymundo Jesus, Ramon (Elena), Carlos (Norma) and Geronimo Morales. Many nieces and nephews. She was an active member of the Catholic Church where she was a dedicated volunteer making a difference in other lives and their needs. She lived her life to the fullest thru the humblest of means and was always loving and caring to everyone. Rita always took care of everyone in her life and was always there to listen to you in your time of need. She will be missed dearly, but we take comfort in knowing she is embarking on her journey with the Lord. A gathering will be held from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM with a rosary starting at 11:30 AM on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. A mass will follow from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church (Fabens) and it will follow with a graveside at 2:00 PM at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Cemetery.
