Rubén León Barraza, 92, entered into eternal rest on July 1, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arturo Barraza and Maria León Barraza. Rubén is survived by his loving wife, Luz Muñoz Barraza. His sons, Rubén M. Barraza and Jesus M. Barraza. Daughters, Luz Maria Barraza and Michelle C. Dominguez. Also leaving behind 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren to honor and cherish his memory. Rubén was very loved and will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas 79907. A Mass will begin at 11:30 AM on Friday, July 14, 2023 at StSt's Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd, El Paso, TX 79927. A Graveside will follow at 1:00 PM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
