Roy D. Buckmaster

Buckmaster, Roy D. Roy D. Buckmaster, Born April 9, 1939 passed away December 5, 2007. Roy Buckmaster had been a long time resident of El Paso. Roy was Superintendent for the Clint School District and returned to work at Region XIX for a few months before retiring. He had spent 19 years working at Region XIX. Roy had earned his PHD from Texas A&M University in 1977. He is survived by his loving wife Frances, his Son Neal and his wife Summer of Austin, TX. Surviving brothers and sisters, Albert, Delbert, Donnie Joe, Danny Ray and Vella Mae, all of Oklahoma. A memorial services will be held Saturday, December 8th at 2pm at Peace Lutheran Church, 1699 Belvidere. Roy has requested in lieu of flowers that a donation be made to: Arizona Transplant House 11600 N. 84th St. Scottsdale, AZ. 85260 Roy spent many months there during his battle with cancer.
