Roy B. Beaumont

Roy B. Beaumont, born August 4, 1929, went home to be with the Lord on August 13th, 2008. Roy was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He retired from the US Army after serving 22 years. He is survived by his daughter, Kaye Lynn Ormsby. Son-in-law, Gregory Ormsby. Grandchildren: Christopher Ormsby, Angela Ford, Shanette Beaumont, and Sherie Beaumont. Five Great-Grandchildren: Shonna Ford, Brody Ford, Christopher Ormsby, Gregory Ormsby, and Jason Ormsby. Brother: Jerry Beaumont. Sisters: Lucy Matthews, Laverne Greenwood, June Cottington, Susie Larson, and Gloria Miller. Roy was loved by many and will be missed. Visitation will be held from 3:00-6:00 pm, Sunday, August 17, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast. Funeral Service at 10:30 am, Monday, August 18, 2008 at Skyline Baptist Church.
