Roxana Ladron de Guevara

Roxana Ladron de Guevara, age 16, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012. She was born October 24, 1996 in Houston, Texas. Roxana was an extraordinary, giving and caring person. She was a baptized Christian filled with the Holy Spirit; and a Northwest Early College student. She was beautiful, inside and out, enjoyed learning, reading, and having fun with family and friends. A source of inspiration to everyone that knew her. Roxana will be remembered as being funny, nice, smart and caring. In the word of her friends, “She was the most purest soul out of all of us.” She was always giving and loving and never expected anything in return. She played piano, loved to draw, liked to fish and write poetry. Roxana was a very intellectual person, she could debate with adults on complex issues. She was ahead of us in many ways, Roxana was very talented and an advocate for all good causes. She is survived by her parents Alejandro and Sandra Ladron de Guevara, brothers Alejandro Ladron de Guevara and Luis Aguirre. Visitation will be held from 12:00-9:00 pm, Friday, December 28, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 pm, Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home-West.
