LTC, Ross. F. Swall (U.S. Army Retired) born in Wala Wala, WA., on February 3, 1918 passed away on December 24, 2007 in El Paso, TX., at the age of 89. He retired from the U.S. Army after 26 years of service and returned to a second career in Administration at Providence Memorial Hospital; retiring after 12 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Sadie Swall. Surviving children are: Carol, Dick (Annette), Suzie (Robert), Ross Jr. (Blanca), David, and Roxanna; brother, Benjamin Lambert; 13 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. Our thanks go to all the doctors, nurses and health care takers at the Cancer Center, Home Health Care, Providence Memorial Hospital, La Mariposa Hospice, and support of family and friends through this painful period. A special thanks to the Jordan, Sell, Alcantar and Breck families for your love and support. Molly thank you, you were there from the beginning to the end; also to Raul our neighbor, and Liliana who is like our own daughter. Memorial service to be held on Sunday, December 30, 2007 at 2:00p.m. Sunset Funeral Home-West. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Candle Lighters of El Paso.
