Rose Mary Ramirez

Rose Mary Ramirez, 68, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. Rose was born in El Paso, TX on December 31, 1948. She graduated from Austin High School and spent many years as a valued secretary for Circe K. She dated Hector in 1967, and the two got married in 1969. They spent 50 long and exciting years together until her passing. Rose was an active member of the Yellow Jackets and Red Hats for many years. She enjoyed music and loved to dance with her husband and family. In her most recent years she enjoyed arts and crafts. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus C. and Rafaela M. Posada; and her siblings, Johnny and Jesus Jr. Posada. She leaves behind her loving husband, Hector Ramirez; daughter, Annette Ramirez; granddaughter, Leilani Ramirez; and sister, Suki Paiz. Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Monday, September 11, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:45am on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 10000 Pheasant. Committal Service will follow at 1:00pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
