Rosalee A. Johnston

Rosalee A. Johnston, born March 20, 1925, loving Wife for 60 years of Jerald D. Johnston and caring Mother for 53 years of Stephen A. Johnston passed away June 28, 2008 following 2 surgeries at Sierra Medical Center. A meticulous homemaker, through out her life; her home was her castle doting on her family. She enjoyed traveling in an RV, particularly Las Vegas, Laughlin, Nev., Branson, Mo., Orlando, Fla. & fishing at Lake Ivey with her sister-in-law, Betty Smith & a friend, C.W. Miller. A big drinker, 2 beers a night, no more, no less! Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Graveside Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to Rosalee A. Johnston Scholarship Fund, St Paul’s United Methodist Church Foundation, Inc., 7000 Edgemere, El Paso, Texas 79925. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- East.
