Survived by wife, Constance Ann Norman; sons, Arthur Lee Norman, Mark Andrew Norman, and Ronald Charles Norman; daughters, Donna Patricia Norman, Barbara Ann Genuske, and Susan Elaine Elkins; sisters, Ann Bennett, Sharon Becker and Jane Eaves.
