Romeo Garcia

Our beloved husband, father and brother Romeo Garcia went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2009. He retired from The University of Texas at El Paso as Assistant Director of Facility Services. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 16 years; Tonie Garcia, sons; Michael Garcia and Victor Porras, daughter; Jessica Garcia, brothers; Raul Garcia Jr. (Rose), Rene Garcia (Sandra) and Robert Garcia (Kathy). Visitation will be from 4-9 pm on Monday, April 27, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina, with a Vigil beginning at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Winchester. Interment will be private. Special thanks to the following Providence Memorial Hospital staff ; Perry, Josie, Aurora, Lupe, Cory and Allison for the special care given to my husband during his treatments.
