Rodolfo Villalva,

Our beloved father Rodolfo Villalva, Sr., age 56, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 25, 2012 in the presence of his children. He was born on January 30, 1956 to Vidal and Maria Petra Villalva, who precede his death. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX and worked most of his life for the family business Villalva’s Sand and Gravel and Sanchez Construction. He is survived by his wife Irene; children Cecilia Villalva, Brenda Villalva, Michael Villalva, and Rodolfo Villalva, Jr.; grandchildren Destiny Alarcon, Frankie Gomez, April Villalva, Ava Coleman, Matthew Coleman, Genesis Villalva, Grecia Villalva and one on the way; siblings Bertha Gomez, Gloria Villalva, Gracie Perez (Bernie), Yolanda Aguilar, Velia Vasquez, and Eduardo Villalva; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and a host of friends. Pallbearers will be Michael Villalva, Rodolfo Villalva, Jr., Hector Del Toro, Isaac Del Toro, Sr., Johnny Soledad, Bernie Perez, Gerardo Arguijo, Sr., and Gerardo Arguijo, Jr. Visitation will take place from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel – Northeast. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Santo Nino De Atocha Catholic Church and interment at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
