Robin Adkins

Robin “ROB” Neal Adkins, 61, passed away unexpectedly on January 16, 2011. He leaves his life long love and devoted wife, Patricia, two sons Roger and Troy, parents Ray (deceased) and June, brother, Larry (Becky), and numerous nieces and nephews. Rob served his community for 23 years until retirement with the El Paso Police Department, and afterwards through other law enforcement and security entities. His legend and legacy will always be remembered, respected and shared by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
