Roberto Rosales

Roberto Rosales, 71, a native of El Paso, who lived in Los Angeles, CA for most of his adult life passed away Sunday, February 24, 2008 at his home. He was a United States Navy Veteran who served proudly from 1955 to 1962. He is preceded in death by his loving parents Benjamin and Ramona Rosales. He is survived by three wonderful children, Lorrie, Gloria, and Robert Jr. He has four beautiful grandchildren, Amber, Kristy, Alyssa, and Aja, all from Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by his siblings, Gloria Bentley, Alicia Bejarano (Eduardo), Yolanda Olives (Guillermo), and numerous nephews and nieces. He is loved by many and will be missed dearly. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 pm Thursday, February 28, 2008, at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast with a vigil at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 29, 2008 at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. Interment will be at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Rosales Jr., Eddie Bejarano, Willie Olivas, Leticia Olivas, and Javier Garcia. Honorary pallbearers will be Guillermo Olivas, Eduardo Bejarano, and all his loyal friends and companions. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
