Robert George Dennis

Our loving father and grandfather, Robert George Dennis, also known as Mr. “D” was born on December 26, 1926 in Cannon City, Colorado, and passed December 18, 2009 surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a SSGT in the U.S. Air Force. Survived by his wife, Rosemary and three children, Pat, Mike and Maryadele, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many friends and relatives. He will be sorely missed by many. The family would like to thank CIMA Hospice for the special care they gave all of us. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast. Funeral Service at 11:30 am on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
