Robert William Beale

July 30, 1938 — June 8, 2024

Robert William “Bob” Beale, age 85, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 8, 2024 in El Paso, Texas. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, James McKenzie and Ava Alberta Beale, sister Jimanna Albertsen, and his loving wife, Lynn Creigh Beale. He is survived by his sons, James Alfred (Michelle) and Robert Edgar (Lynnette) Beale, his grandchildren, and his niece and nephew. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish his memory.

Bob was born July 30, 1938 in Jefferson, Texas. In his youth, he was a boy scout and a member of the local Methodist church, and graduated from Hamlin High School in 1956. After graduation he moved to Alpine, Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sul Ross University in 1961. Shortly thereafter he was ordered to active duty, and served his country honorably as an Airman in the United States Navy until 1963. After his discharge, he began employment with K.V.L.F. Radio in Alpine, Texas, where he served as the program director until 1965. He then began his career with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, eventually retiring as the Supervising Auditor for west Texas in 1993. Bob married Lynn “Lindy” Creigh, his wife of 38 years in 1966, the loving tie being temporarily broken on her passing in 2004. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and son, and will be greatly missed.

We are forever grateful to Luz, Gloria, and Eva from Comfort Keepers, who helped to make his life so much better in his late years.
