Rigobertha M. Castro, 89, entered into eternal rest on December 28, 2023 in El Paso, TX. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Genovevo L. Castro. Parents, Joaquin Mendez and Candelaria Holguin. Brothers, Adan Mendez and Jesus Mendez. Sisters, Laurenzia Mendez. Rigobertha is survived by her loving sons, Martin Castro, Joaquin Castro and daughter, Bertha Cecilia Peimbert. Her brother, Raul Mendez and sisters, Elodia Gardea Mendez and Eva Mendez. Also leaving behind 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren to honor and cherish her memory forever. Rigobertha was very loved and will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7 PM on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Our Lady of the Valley Church, 8600 Winchester Rd, El Paso, TX 79907. A Graveside will follow at 11:30 AM at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
