Richard G. Pena

Richard “Coke” Pena 59, an El Paso native, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2011. He last worked at El Paso Specialty Hospital. He loved his job and he had a zest for life. He had a passion for music, especially The Beatles. He enjoyed his downtime at Sunland Park Race Track. He will be remembered best as a loving friend and family man. He is survived by his devoted wife Veronica Sapien, his three children Serina Marie Tavoularis, Krista Lisanne Arriola, and Nicolas Richard Pena. He is survived by five brothers, Gilbert, Thomas, Michael, Philip, Steven, and two sisters, Susan and Sandra. The Mass will be held at St. Pius X, 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2011, followed by the burial at Mt Carmel Cemetery. A celebration of his life will follow.
