Ricardo Garcia, 74, a resident of El Paso, Texas for 46 years passed away on December 1, 2006. He was born in RaymondVille, Texas to Cayetana and Fabian Garcia, Sr. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years in both Korea and Vietnam. Married to Maria D. Garcia. He was a loving and devoted husband for 40 years. He was a good son, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law, and a fun loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. He received his Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and in Business Administration. He also received numerous awards during his military service. He enjoyed his music, his family and dancing. He loved going to the casino. He lived his life to the fullest. Survived by his loving wife, Maria D. Garcia. Brothers, Fabian Garcia, Jr., and Oscar Garcia. Sister, Sylvia Correa. Numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m., on Monday, December 4, 2006 at Sunset Funeral Homes - Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 2006 at Sunset Funeral Homes - Northeast. Funeral Mass will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Fr. Stephen Peters officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with full military honors. “I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Syed A.
