Ret. Msg. Charles (Chuck) S. Jones, 71, went to be with the Lord on November 2, 2006 in Chaparral, NM. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Doris Gay Jones, daughters, Dawn Holcombe, Clara Thomas, Amanda Kahler, Tammi Fritts, and Trina Ellis. He is also survived by his brothers, Donald Jones, Douglas Jones, and William Charles Jones, sisters, Carolyn Beck and Darlane Adams. Also left to cherish his memory are 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday, November 9, 2006 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, East Shelter.
