Rebecca Cuellar

Rebecca Cuellar, 60, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was born on July 29, 1957 in El Paso, Texas to Luis L. Sr. and Concepcion Carrasco Cuellar. She is survived by her sister, Susan Cuellar Welsh and brothers, Luis Jr., and Agustin E. Cuellar. She is also survived by her nieces/ nephews: Debra Hernandez Baird, Johnny Hernandez, Steven Hernandez, Ms. Rene Cuellar, Robert Cuellar, grandnieces, grandnephews and many more. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 7:00pm, Friday, September 8, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East. Funeral Mass will be at 9:30am, Saturday, September 9, 2017 at St. Raphael's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
