Ray F. Sanchez

Ray Sanchez, age 94, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. He was a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather and Son who will be greatly missed. Ray is preceded in death by his dearest mother & father: Flavia & Macedonio Sanchez; brother; Rafael Madera and sisters; Vicenta Cisneros & Anita Stephens. He is survived by his loving wife; Helen D. Sanchez; children; Victor F. Sanchez (Phyl), Daniel Rhines, David Sanchez (Hope), Anita Sanchez Henson (Greg), his 8 beloved grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 N. Resler Dr., 79912. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 12:30 pm at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, 400 W. Sunset Rd., 79912. A Graveside Service with Army Military Honors will follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley, 4900 McNutt Rd., Sunland Park, NM, 88008.
